Every item you order at AAF Store is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.

30-day Return Guarantee

Return window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return cost: If your item is defective or incorrect, we cover the replacement at no cost to you.

Eligible for Free Replacement or Refund

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Ordered wrong size or style

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing or personal preference.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Exchanges
